Creativepool goes #BehindTheIdea of our recent campaign with Davines.

Our latest campaign for sustainable beauty brand, Davines, went live last month to coincide with Earth Month. The aim of the work was to raise awareness of and ignite conversation around the practice of Regenerative Organic Agriculture (ROA) in the beauty industry.

We collaborated with the incredible French choreographer and dancer, Fanny Sage, who created and performed a dance in response to the environment around her – her own, personal, poetical interpretation of what it means to ‘Grow Beautiful’. Natural elements such as soil and sky became accompanying heroes of the film – dance partners alongside Fanny – a dance with nature, for nature.

It was a powerful project to work on, and we were thrilled when Creativepool approached us to feature it in their #BehindTheIdea feature. Having grilled our Associate CD, Nathan, on everything from the creative concept and panicked last-minute location changes, to why he ended up on his hands and knees looking for rocks for an hour, the piece went live just before Earth Day.
